CANCELLATIONS

Should you need to cancel your registration, there will be a $50 fee through Aug. 15 and $100 from Aug. 16 – Aug. 31. No refunds will be granted starting Sept. 1.

 

SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS FOR THE CONFERENCE

Persons who require special accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act or persons who require translation services (free of charge) should contact the chapter office at 850-201-3272 no later than Aug. 4, 2025. Special accommodations with respect to lodging should be handled directly with the hotel.

 

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

Have special dietary needs? Be sure to indicate them when you register. We cannot guarantee to accommodate special requests if not provided ahead of time.

 

Please read before registering:

This is the first time we are using the Whova app @ FPC, so we want to make sure that you know a couple things before buying your tickets:

 

Speakers. If you are a Speaker, please use the same email address for registration to avoid duplicating profiles.

 

Browser. Please use Chrome, Firefox, or Safari to register. Using Microsoft Explorer and Microsoft Edge will only frustrate you.

 

Group Tickets. If you are purchasing more than one registration, you can use the Group Ticket option noted by this icon at the bottom of the Whova registration page. You can purchase group tickets from different categories ( eg – Member Full v. Non-member Full) and only pay once.  There is a 10 ticket maximum for each category.

 

Special dietary needs. We try to accommodate all dietary restrictions but need to know ahead of time! Please submit your dietary request upon registration. Special meals are pre-ordered and we cannot guarantee accommodation for you if you not did specify when registering.

 

Confirmation + Profile. Once you register, you will be sent a confirmation email (from whova.com or whova.io, so add as a safe sender in your email!) that will include the link to your Whova profile and registration. You can update your profile at any time and if you want to purchase an “Add On”, such as a mobile tour or workshop, you can do this using that link.

 

App.  The conference app will be live and available for download at the beginning of September. All registrants will receive instructions on how to access it.
