This year we have updated conference sponsorship perks that are optimal for all sizes and budgets. While several benefits have been added and others updated, the same conference level sponsorship and vendor and booth opportunities are also still available that will place your brand in front of a captive audience. This new sponsorship guide is sure to have something for all styles and we are excited for you to take a look!

HOW TO BECOME A SPONSOR

STEP 1:  Review the Sponsorship Guide pdf here or by clicking the cover page on the right, and decide which benefits best suits your organization.

STEP 2: Select one of the buttons below to fill out the online form.

If you are a Florida-based minority, woman or veteran business enterprise certified by the Florida Department of Management Services (DMS) or a Florida-based disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) certified by the Florida Department of Transportation, you are eligible for a 25% discount for all sponsorship levels except Conference Supporter and Exhibitor. If you qualify for this discount, click on the DBE Discount Registration button to register your organization as a annual or conference sponsor. Please have state certification ready to upload.

STEP 3:  Be sure to follow up with the requested graphics and ads before the deadline given.
