Poster sales profits will fund scholarships for FPC27!

Submission deadline: June 30, 2026

We’re excited to invite APA Florida members to showcase their creativity and planning spirit by designing the official poster for the 2026 Florida Planning Conference!

This year’s conference theme, Miami está de Moda: Planning the Magic, Remixing the Future, celebrates the vibrancy, innovation, and cultural richness Miami brings to our state — and the people and ideas shaping the future of planning in Florida. Now we’re asking you to help bring that theme to life visually.

And here’s the special part: The winning design will be turned into an exclusive conference poster that will be available for sale and 100% of the profits will go directly toward funding conference scholarships for FPC27 in West Palm Beach. Your creativity won’t just inspire attendees, it will help provide future professional development opportunities for your fellow planners.

Artist of the selected work wins:

  • A complimentary registration to FPC26!
  • Your art will be transformed into professionally printed poster and displayed during throughout the conference.
  • Your design will also be sold as the official conference poster to help fund scholarships for next year’s conference. Your artwork will not only represent our conference, it will support the professional development of planners!

What we’re looking for:

  • A design that reflects the conference theme
  • Captures the energy, diversity, and forward-thinking nature of planning in Florida.
  • Appeals to both planners and the communities we serve.

  • Format Requirements:
